My experience with ky coatings has been perfect. They came to do a free estimate and helped us get our appointment booked with ease when we were ready. They were kind enough to send additional photos of colors when we couldn’t decide on what would work best for our garage. Though our project is probably smaller than their normal jobs they have treated us above and beyond every step of the way. The crew arrived on time and were very professional. Cleaned everything up nicely when they left and got the job done so fast. I even called after hours to confirm the curing process during a storm that is coming and promptly got a call back to ease our minds and all questions. From the very beginning with just reaching out for a quote their customer service was top tier. I sent in a request Saturday evening on Facebook just because it was on my mind and that same night I had someone reach back out to me and help set up a meeting. David was great with working with my schedule and answering all of my questions as I was brand new to this. He stopped by a second time so my wife and I could finalize our decision on color and then he worked with our schedule to set up an install date. From someone that works in sales and customer service, I cannot recommend this company more.
